For all "Pre-Pay Online" bookings, the person in whose name the vehicle is booked MUST be the person whose credit card is used (for Pre-Authorisation). The person who picks up the vehicle does not have to be the person who prepays the booking. If you paid your booking with a debit card, you will need to present a credit card in the renter name for security purpose (for Pre-Authorisation THB 5,000) when picking up the vehicle. If the renter fails to present a credit card for Pre-Authorisation, Target Thailand reserves the rights not to provide the vehicle and not to give a refund for prepaid booking. "Total" does not include any additional items you may select at the location or any costs arising from the rental (such as damage, fuel, grace period or road traffic charges). Out of Hours information: Out of office hour service to pick-up / return during out of office hour is chargeable as THB 500 per trip (Included 7% VAT) = 535 THB.

a) Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in all Target Thailand rates. A non-waiverable excess of THB 2,000 - 10,000 (excluded 7% VAT) applies in the event of damage. b) Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) covers the rental vehicle with fixed excess amount of ZERO THB in the event of damage from accident (if accepted). c) Fixed excess amount of THB 30,000 in the event of total loss from accident to rental vehicle. d) Theft Protection (TP) is optional and, if accepted, reduces financial liability to ZERO for theft/attempted theft/vandalism under rental agreement terms. e) If you do not purchase TP, all rentals are subject to non-waiverable excess for which you are responsible in event of loss for THB 30,000.
